From the mainline train station we are less that 10 minutes easy stroll along the riverside path – you wont even meet a road. Totnes town is 15 minutes. We are also a short walking distance from the Dartington Estate and Schumacher College. If you are coming by car unrestricted, safe parking is a few yards from the front door.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a shower room, kitchen and good sized lounge/dining room. It’s ideal for one person or a couple happy to share a double bed.
The property is decorated exclusively with environmental finishes and the cleaning materials we use are environmentally friendly too.
We have a secure gate onto the river path allowing you to walk, cycle or canoe for miles without even seeing a road. If you are looking for somewhere to unwind then look no further. This is Devon medicine!

Ah, what a delight. Everyone should stay at Little Riverside at least once in a lifetime. We shall very probably be back for the view, the cosiness and the great setting by the River Dart in the grand town of Totnes.
