About: Trimstone Manor is a beautiful Country House Hotel, Restaurant and self-catering cottages, all set in 44 acres of stunning North Devon countryside.

The property, with origins in the Domesday Book and parts dating back some 400 years, was tastefully converted to a hotel in 1976, whilst still retaining many of the original features including a static water wheel and mill house.

We are located within minutes of secluded coves and many fine sandy beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde, Putsborough and Saunton. Close by is Exmoor, the North Devon coast path and the Tarka Cycle Trail.

We have several, very attractive, self-contained cottages which were converted from Barns and the Old Mill. Each cottage is fully furnished to a good standard and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit a variety of your needs. Use as a base for your holiday in North Devon or just relax in the tranquil gardens or in the privacy of your own cottage.

There is a games' room and for a small weekly charg, per cottage, you can have access to the Hotel's indoor heated swimming pool and other facilities.

Cottage guests are welcome in the Hotel to use the Fine Cuisine Restaurant and bar facilities with very special terms for meals.
